Nafta Super's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Nafta Super's goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Guillerme came free, but German Suarez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. German Suarez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Maureo in the 30th minute of the match. Honorio Guillerme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without German Suarez having to interfere. In the 34th match minute, Nafta Super was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Mergildo to maneuver through the defense. When Federico Lopez came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Nafta Super fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Lopez couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Honorio Guillerme stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Federico Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Vermudo having to interfere. 56 minutes into the game, Eriberto Diaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nafta Super's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Córdoba the free kick. The referee gave Córdoba a penalty, 58 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ciro Mantzio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Nafta Super's German Suarez. 0-3. When Córdoba's Honorio Guillerme in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nafta Super's goalie prevented a goal. Ivan Onofre was extremely unlucky when he, in the 64th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The supporters of Nafta Super booed when Córdoba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorio Guillerme didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 90 played minutes, Nafta Super's Marco Mergildo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leon Vermudo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nafta Super reached it. German Suarez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorio Guillerme in the 92nd minute of the match. German Suarez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Onofre in the 93rd minute. In the 96th minute, Eriberto Diaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Nafta Super supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Córdoba's performance. The match ended with a win for Córdoba.
