In the 7th minute Paulino Lain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amancio Orlondon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hortensia AFC's Benjamin Larpe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Maurino in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Lain in the 14th minute of play forced Albardón's goalkeeper Amancio Orlondon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 16 minutes, Benito Gaufred managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Albardón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benito Gaufred was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hortensia AFC's Benjamin Larpe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Franco in the 20th minute of play. Benito Gaufred struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Benjamin Larpe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Albardón. When Benito Gaufred came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Albardón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benito Gaufred couldn't finish the play. 30 minutes into the match, Albardón's goalkeeper Amancio Orlondon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pastor Nicholas. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Pastor Nicholas took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Amancio Orlondon to make any attempt to save it. Benjamin Larpe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Samuel Franco went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Hortensia AFC's Paulino Lain got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 40 minutes into the match, Paulino Lain dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Amancio Orlondon, 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benito Gaufred stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the match, Albardón's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Suarez came free, but Amancio Orlondon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Lain in the 62nd minute of play forced Albardón's goalkeeper Amancio Orlondon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pastor Nicholas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amancio Orlondon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Nicholas in the 64th minute of the match. The supporters of Albardón booed when Hortensia AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Henric didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benjamin Larpe made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Samuel Franco sent off a good shot on target. If Valentin Henric had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albardón's Amancio Orlondon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Nicholas in the 76th minute of play. In the 83rd match minute, Albardón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Maurino to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Samuel Franco made a precise shot to the right of Benjamin Larpe. Hortensia AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. 97 minutes into the match, Albardón's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Nicholas came free, but Amancio Orlondon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
