Spectators: 7227 (Terracing: 5422, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Paulino Lain kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute Pastor Nicholas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Abalos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florentino Lonzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Benjamin Larpe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Pastor Nicholas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvano Abalos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulino Lain went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Pastor Nicholas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Silvano Abalos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, SudaCrew FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Nicholas came free, but Silvano Abalos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florentino Lonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florentino Lonzo charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florentino Lonzo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Silvano Abalos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Lain in the 30th minute of play. Paulino Lain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulino Lain kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Benjamin Larpe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florentino Lonzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Paulino Lain left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hortensia AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Florentino Lonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Florentino Lonzo made a kick off. SudaCrew FC's Silvano Abalos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save SudaCrew FC from getting a goal against them. If Pastor Nicholas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th match minute, SudaCrew FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Sidoro to maneuver through the defense. Silvano Abalos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pastor Nicholas in the 59th minute. In the 62nd minute of the match Teodoro Iratzeder sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benjamin Larpe skillfully saved the ball. Benjamin Larpe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florentino Lonzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the match, SudaCrew FC's goalkeeper Silvano Abalos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pastor Nicholas. Silvano Abalos came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Hortensia AFC's Pastor Nicholas. But to his dismay, Pastor Nicholas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The supporters of SudaCrew FC booed when Hortensia AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Leguizamón didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benjamin Larpe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteve Montrell in the 76th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Paulino Lain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silvano Abalos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Lain in the 87th minute of play. If Esteve Montrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Florentino Lonzo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Hortensia AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Hortensia AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
