Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Silverio Endura kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd match minute, Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo Aureo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Raymon in the 4th minute of play forced Talleres's goalkeeper Elvio Azibar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 4 played minutes Talleres got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Sidro. After a defensive mix-up in Talleres's zone, Raimundo Raymon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elvio Azibar came out of the goal and Raimundo Raymon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Talleres's Ambrosio Cresenciano suffered a concussion in the 10th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After a rather tough play, Anquincila's Elias Lain got a free kick in the 11th minute. After a rather tough play, Anquincila's Bonifacio Hernando got a free kick in the 13th minute. If Silverio Endura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elvio Azibar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raimundo Raymon went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Elvio Azibar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silverio Endura's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute, Hugo Sidro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raimundo Raymon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Raimundo Raymon came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Anquincila fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raimundo Raymon couldn't finish the play. In the 32nd minute, Raimundo Raymon made a precise shot to the right of Elvio Azibar. Talleres's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Elvio Azibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silverio Endura in the 36th minute of play. Silverio Endura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, Dalmacio Nel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silverio Endura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elvio Azibar having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ismael Ofelio was the one to do the kick off. Silverio Endura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute Florentino Celio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfredo Prejun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Anquincila's Anibal Loreto got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 66th minute of the match Talleres got a corner. Anquincila's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Baltasar Tibalt ran over to the corner to take the kick. Wilfredo Aureo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The supporters of Anquincila booed when Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Aureo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anquincila's Gaudencio Veremundo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 74th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Talleres. If Raimundo Raymon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78thth minute of the game Silverio Endura who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Talleres's Elvio Azibar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Talleres's Elvio Azibar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Talleres from getting a goal against them. Raimundo Raymon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elvio Azibar having to interfere. In the 87th minute Silverio Endura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvio Azibar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elvio Azibar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Endura, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After a rather tough play, Talleres's Wilfredo Aureo got a free kick in the 89th minute. Elvio Azibar made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Raimundo Raymon sent off a good shot on target. Wilfredo Prejun came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Talleres's Ismael Ofelio. But to his dismay, Ismael Ofelio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The Anquincila supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Anquincila would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
