Thanks to some nice moves Roberto Cuartio could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Arsenio Ermano however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 17 minutes, Casimiro Lain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. vilmapalma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casimiro Lain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of La Ma booed when vilmapalma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Paulin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Godfredo Bladi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Arsenio Ermano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roberto Cuartio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Arsenio Ermano made a huge save. Arsenio Ermano made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Roberto Cuartio sent off a good shot on target. Ildefonso Roderigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Casimiro Lain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ildefonso Roderigo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Godfredo Bladi made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in vilmapalma's zone, Pascual Esiquio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arsenio Ermano came out of the goal and Pascual Esiquio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Ildefonso Roderigo came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the vilmapalma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ildefonso Roderigo couldn't finish the play. In the 64th minute, Blas Urtsua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Niguel charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonathan Niguel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Casimiro Lain's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ermegildo Calisto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. If Ildefonso Roderigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the match, vilmapalma's Casimiro Lain sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ermegildo Calisto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonathan Niguel hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, La Ma's Vladimiro Ederono tried to score from far away in the 80th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ermegildo Calisto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Lain, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 86th minute, Roberto Cuartio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arsenio Ermano was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Angelo Ieltxu hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. With a little luck, La Ma's Ermegildo Calisto got control of the ball when Ildefonso Roderigo tried to sneak it across the goal line.
