Jeremias Baristo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fulgencio Venceslao read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. After 80 played minutes Catenaccio FC got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Etxekopar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ariel Quexal in the 82nd minute of play forced Catenaccio FC's goalkeeper Tobias Kimetz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, Vladimiro Lonzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the match, Sportivo Sta Catalina's goalkeeper Fulgencio Venceslao had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lázaro Etxekopar. The Sportivo Sta Catalina supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Catenaccio FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Catenaccio FC.
