The Felipe Nazario was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Felipe Nazario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Colon in the 6th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, CMJ F.C.'s Primitivo Janpier got a free kick in the 7th minute. 12 minutes into the game, Ivan Lugo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eloy Mitxel. Ivan Lugo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, Beltrán FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Lugo came free, but Eloy Mitxel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beltrán FC's Eloy Mitxel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Marko in the 16th minute of play. Ivan Lugo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Eloy Mitxel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CMJ F.C.'s Humberto Christobal got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in Beltrán FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! The audience thought a goal was coming when Humberto Christobal got free with Eloy Mitxel in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eloy Mitxel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Lugo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Gorbea hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Eloy Mitxel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Caradaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Beltrán FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Ivan Lugo scored to the left of an out of position Eloy Mitxel, making the score, 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Martinez to make the kick off. After 52 minutes, Humberto Christobal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CMJ F.C. and the Beltrán FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 56 minutes, Javier Millano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beltrán FC and the CMJ F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The CMJ F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 81st minute Ivan Lugo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Mitxel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience held their breath when Damaso Rodriguez in the 91st minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Eloy Mitxel's left hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivan Lugo in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eloy Mitxel saved Beltrán FC from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Beltrán FC's zone, Hugo Marko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eloy Mitxel came out of the goal and Hugo Marko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CMJ F.C. fully deserved thier win.
