Curupayti's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eustacio Bernaldo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Despite this Domingo Quintan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 74 minutes into the match, Luciano Ostots dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jacobo Piarres, 4-1.
