Adolfo Fix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Bidari in the 6th minute of the match. Casimiro Milian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Leocadio having to interfere. Nicasio Bidari struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Adolfo Fix didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.D.Euzkadi. Nicasio Bidari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Adolfo Fix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugenio Leocadio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Lertxun, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. With his leg Eugenio Leocadio managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Infierno Rojo's Casimiro Milian fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. C.D.Euzkadi's Eugenio Leocadio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Lertxun in the 39th minute of play. Jonas Lertxun was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 41st minute. Infierno Rojo's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonas Lertxun to make the kick off. Casimiro Milian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Edelmiro Rito fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.D.Euzkadi's protests and gave Edelmiro Rito a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to C.D.Euzkadi getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Edelmiro Rito hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Casimiro Milian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Infierno Rojo's supporters rose to their feet, but Casimiro Milian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugenio Leocadio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonas Lertxun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Donato Oriol kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After 61 played minutes, Infierno Rojo's Alfredo Sotero shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eugenio Leocadio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Infierno Rojo reached it. If Casimiro Milian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eugenio Leocadio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Lertxun in the 64th minute of play. Jonas Lertxun struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Eugenio Leocadio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Infierno Rojo. After a defensive mix-up in Infierno Rojo's zone, Nicasio Bidari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Fix came out of the goal and Nicasio Bidari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicasio Bidari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eugenio Leocadio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Lertxun in the 79th minute of the match. After 83 minutes, Albino Frechoso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.D.Euzkadi and the Infierno Rojo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Albino Frechoso hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. The supporters of C.D.Euzkadi booed when Infierno Rojo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesar Berriotxoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruben Sagrario got free with Adolfo Fix in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efrain Perico in the 92nd minute of play forced C.D.Euzkadi's goalkeeper Eugenio Leocadio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicasio Bidari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Adolfo Fix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
