Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Macantes LP's Jonas Senio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute of the match Bernardino Chesus sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Prospero Jerrold skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Bebeto's Amado Frederico got a free kick in the 15th minute. After 16 played minutes, Macantes LP's Anastasio Oro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rafael Manuelo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Macantes LP reached it. If Benedicto Koldobika had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 19 minutes, Cirilo Llope managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Macantes LP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cirilo Llope was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eugenio Abadia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rafael Manuelo made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Cirilo Llope sent off a good shot on target. Narciso Ekhi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Prospero Jerrold tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Macantes LP's zone, Eugenio Abadia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prospero Jerrold came out of the goal and Eugenio Abadia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Prospero Jerrold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Abadia in the 35th minute of play. The supporters of Macantes LP booed when Club Atlético Bebeto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Ofelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 1-0 became the score in the 43rd minute when Cirilo Llope elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eugenio Abadia to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Cirilo Llope got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Bebeto's Ignacio Francho got a free kick in the 60th minute. Jonas Senio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Manuelo having to interfere. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Macantes LP's goalkeeper Prospero Jerrold, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rafael Manuelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cirilo Llope in the 82nd minute of the match. Eugenio Abadia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Jerrold having to interfere. Club Atlético Bebeto's Cristian Kepa was substituted for Eugenio Abadia. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
