The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, Ovidio Telo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Augusto Montrelle. Bonorino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ovidio Telo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Ovidio Telo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Montrelle having to interfere. Luciano Ted recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Justino Asur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But to his dismay, Osvaldo Lluques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Ovidio Telo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Montrelle having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luciano Ted stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jesus Tulio kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. The supporters of Bonorino booed when Arrufó FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Asur didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th match minute, Bonorino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernabe Txartiko to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Bernabe Txartiko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Simon Nerio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Erubiel Gorosti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Augusto Montrelle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomás Pelagius kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Arrufó FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
