When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Tadeo Lop sped through Dr. Melo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fernando Crescencio. Tadeo Lop received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Fernando Crescencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Melquiades Ur during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 22nd minute, Melquiades Ur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute of the match Nuevo Beraza FC got a corner. Dr. Melo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cristo Martxel ran over to the corner to take the kick. Nuevo Beraza FC's Cristo Martxel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fernando Crescencio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Radomil Chlebek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the game, Tadeo Lop cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Fernando Crescencio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fernando Crescencio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tadeo Lop's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Tadeo Lop fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Crescencio having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Dr. Melo's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeo Lop came free, but Fernando Crescencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leopoldo Hermelando to strike the kick off in the second half. If Haroldo Berart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Tadeo Lop's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fernando Crescencio was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. An unexpected shot in the 60th minute by Radomil Chlebek got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadeo Lop in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fernando Crescencio saved Dr. Melo from getting behind. A collision led to Dr. Melo getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Maximino Bordat hit a great ball. In the 64th minute of the match Cristo Martxel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fernando Crescencio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Nuevo Beraza FC's Tadeo Lop, in the 65th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Nuevo Beraza FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadeo Lop in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fernando Crescencio saved Dr. Melo from getting behind. Dalmacio Bernaldo charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dalmacio Bernaldo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 69 played minutes Dr. Melo got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Bernaldo. Fernando Crescencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Berart in the 71st minute of the match. Tadeo Lop succeeded in the game's 74th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. Tadeo Lop fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Crescencio having to interfere. Sun Wei Gang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Hermelando in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeo Lop in the 84th minute of play forced Dr. Melo's goalkeeper Fernando Crescencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tadeo Lop succeeded in the game's 86th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. Tadeo Lop's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernando Crescencio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Nuevo Beraza FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Dr. Melo.
