El Retorno's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Haroldo Lazcano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Haroldo Lazcano in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Everardo Papo saved El Retorno from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Haroldo Lazcano managed to get in a good position for a shot. MaRcHiTtO FuTbOl ClUb's supporters rose to their feet, but Haroldo Lazcano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Everardo Papo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 23 minutes, Haroldo Lazcano made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. El Retorno's Everardo Papo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 26 minutes, Sixto Urtun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Retorno and the MaRcHiTtO FuTbOl ClUb players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute, Haroldo Lazcano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MaRcHiTtO FuTbOl ClUb fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. When MaRcHiTtO FuTbOl ClUb's Haroldo Lazcano in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Retorno's goalie prevented a goal. Everardo Papo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo Hustaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Haroldo Lazcano in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Everardo Papo saved El Retorno from getting behind. 44 minutes into the match, El Retorno's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Lazcano came free, but Everardo Papo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, MaRcHiTtO FuTbOl ClUb's Atilano Matteo tried to score from far away in the 47th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After the first half MaRcHiTtO FuTbOl ClUb were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 53rd minute of the match MaRcHiTtO FuTbOl ClUb got a corner. El Retorno's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Atilano Matteo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Atilano Matteo made a great header on MaRcHiTtO FuTbOl ClUb's corner, it was just that El Retorno's Everardo Papo managed to reach the ball for a save. Haroldo Lazcano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Everardo Papo came out and tried to block the shot, but Haroldo Lazcano slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 55th minute. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Haroldo Lazcano took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Everardo Papo to make any attempt to save it. Everardo Papo made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Haroldo Lazcano sent off a good shot on target. After 67 played minutes MaRcHiTtO FuTbOl ClUb got a freekick which was hit by Nunez Shepherd. Haroldo Lazcano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Haroldo Lazcanos short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Everardo Papo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Haroldo Lazcano in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Everardo Papo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Haroldo Lazcano took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Everardo Papo to make any attempt to save it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Atilano Matteo during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Octavio Luken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Papo having to interfere. When the match was over MaRcHiTtO FuTbOl ClUb could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than El Retorno throughout the match.
