After a defensive mix-up in La Scaloneta's zone, Joel Mateo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardino Cortez came out of the goal and Joel Mateo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 36 minutes, Aaron Martinez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Scaloneta and the La Gallardeta players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 37 played minutes La Scaloneta got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Martinez. Bernardino Cortez made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when German Urbasa sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabian Javiar during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to La Gallardeta getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Fabian Javiar hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute of the match Moises Nesto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Isidoro Artaldo skillfully saved the ball. Isidoro Artaldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Eutor in the 44th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the game, Zacarias Adrio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Scaloneta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Gallardeta the free kick. La Scaloneta's Bernardino Cortez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorino Chico in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Casimiro Vela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isidoro Artaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Casomiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. If Fabian Javiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benjamin Cordarrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Modesto Urtsua kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. La Scaloneta had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
