After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Baltasar Bembe managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. S. y D. Adrogué's supporters rose to their feet, but Baltasar Bembe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anier Chorache breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, C. S. y D. Adrogué's Domingos Quico got a free kick in the 15th minute. After 19 minutes C. S. y D. Adrogué's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rolando Birila who took care of the corner kick. Rolando Birila made a great header on Gral. Manchester's corner, it was just that C. S. y D. Adrogué's Agustin Flor managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Albino Teodor managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. S. y D. Adrogué's supporters rose to their feet, but Albino Teodor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anier Chorache breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anier Chorache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Bembe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Domingos Quico's late challenge caught a Gral. Manchester's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domingos Quico helped the player get up and apologised. After 31 played minutes C. S. y D. Adrogué got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Quico. In the 36th match minute, C. S. y D. Adrogué was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Jerano to maneuver through the defense. Matias Patxi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Jacobo Modestio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gral. Manchester's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacobo Modestio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Agustin Flor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Matias Patxi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Agustin Flor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baltasar Bembe made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Gral. Manchester got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Telesforo. If Baltasar Bembe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matias Patxi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agustin Flor having to interfere. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind C. S. y D. Adrogué's goalkeeper Agustin Flor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Albino Teodor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anier Chorache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Bembe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Albino Teodor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 68 minutes, Julian Gorka mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gral. Manchester and the C. S. y D. Adrogué players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anier Chorache had in the 69thth minute some difficulties stopping Julio Ostots's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball Anier Chorache didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julio Ostots went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. C. S. y D. Adrogué's Albino Teodor got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltasar Bembe in the 76th minute of play forced Gral. Manchester's goalkeeper Anier Chorache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the match, C. S. y D. Adrogué's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Modestio came free, but Agustin Flor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baltasar Bembe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Domingos Quico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in C. S. y D. Adrogué's zone, Matias Patxi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agustin Flor came out of the goal and Matias Patxi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. C. S. y D. Adrogué played a much better game than Gral. Manchester and deserved their victory. The Gral. Manchester players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
