El Retorno's Everardo Papo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorio Quin in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorio Quin in the 15th minute of play forced El Retorno's goalkeeper Everardo Papo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Everardo Papo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Marques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Feliberto Manex hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Everardo Papo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eulalio Marques went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in El Retorno's zone, Saverio Ur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Everardo Papo came out of the goal and Saverio Ur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Everardo Papo came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Hepatitis B's Eulalio Marques. But to his dismay, Eulalio Marques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The El Retorno players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hepatitis B were winning 0-2.

El Retorno's Everardo Papo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Polo in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Hepatitis B's Saverio Ur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Everardo Papo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Everardo Papo made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Saverio Ur sent off a good shot on target. Everardo Papo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saverio Ur in the 80th minute. With a little luck, El Retorno's Everardo Papo got control of the ball when Honorio Quin tried to sneak it across the goal line.
