Gilberto Dunixi did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Gregorio Cordeara 22 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute, Benito Honesto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes in the game Lázaro Orlan got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. Santiago Gil blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonatan Furman having to make a save. Placido Elazar struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Jonatan Furman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chimpay AFC. In the 41st match minute, Chimpay AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Natal to maneuver through the defense. Gilberto Dunixi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorio Cordeara having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Chimpay AFC's Placido Elazar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonatan Furman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Gregorio Cordeara came out of the goal and Jonatan Ibon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonatan Ibon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorio Cordeara having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Jonatan Ibon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gregorio Cordeara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gilberto Dunixi went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Gilberto Dunixi took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gregorio Cordeara. Gregorio Cordeara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After a rather tough play, Chimpay AFC's Claudio Mitxaut got a free kick in the 84th minute. Claudio Mitxaut kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After 93 played minutes Chimpay AFC got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Natal. El Fortín de Palermo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
