Ariel Montel made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Marcial Celio sent off a good shot on target. Marcial Celios short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Ariel Montel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 14 played minutes Francisco Cesaro rounded Independiente FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. The wind increased when Francisco Cesaro made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Argento Team's Marcial Celio got a free kick in the 54th minute. Marcial Celio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcial Celio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st minute, Candido Tabb hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute, Marcial Celio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ariel Montel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Francisco Cesaro might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ariel Montel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Francisco Cesaro ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Celio in the 84th minute of play forced Independiente FC's goalkeeper Ariel Montel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 88 played minutes Argento Team got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Walme. Victorino Raphael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Eleuterio Medardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eleuterio Medardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Victorino Raphael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Medardo having to interfere. Argento Team were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Independiente FC for a fine match.
