The C A San Miguel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafael Jaume should have stopped the shot. Rafael Jaume made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anselmo Caetano in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute, Anselmo Caetano had to leave the field with a concussion. Nunez Cordara charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. La Marea Roja walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
