Spectators: 7267 (Terracing: 5452, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 144) Venancio Oxarra started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Albano Cesaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lazzarino's Damian Osoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Oxarra in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Cesaro in the 8th minute of play forced Lazzarino's goalkeeper Damian Osoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Albano Cesaro came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Palmar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albano Cesaro couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Lazzarino defense, Venancio Oxarra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damian Osoro. The Lazzarino fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damian Osoro should have stopped the shot. Abel Jerrold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Frans Kock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frans Kock made an important save on a dangerous shot by Honorio Gaitan in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute, Gilberto Ignatius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damian Osoro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albano Cesaro went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Damian Osoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Venancio Oxarra in the 30th minute of play. Carlos Valery hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Oxarra in the 37th minute of play forced Lazzarino's goalkeeper Damian Osoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damian Osoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Cesaro in the 41st minute of play. Venancio Oxarra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Damian Osoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Venancio Oxarra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 50th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Palmar were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abel Jerrold was the one to do the kick off. In the 56thth minute of the game Venancio Oxarra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lazzarino's Damian Osoro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Venancio Oxarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute Carlos Valery shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Osoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 68 played minutes Palmar got a freekick which was hit by Martin Beti. Honorio Gaitan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Abel Jerrold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Palmar getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Venancio Oxarra hit a great ball. Venancio Oxarra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Osoro having to interfere. Albano Cesaros short, quick shot in the 97thth minute got Damian Osoro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the final whistle sounded Palmar left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lazzarino.
