Through an outstanding action, after 48 minutes, Gervasio Petri successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The tension between the Coneta AFC and the Francis FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Francis FC booed when Coneta AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albano Chus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ildefonso Casomiro was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 73rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Domingos Matai struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Gervasio Petri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Francis FC. Fidel Beturian got his second yellow card in the match during the 77th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 78th match minute, Coneta AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Beturian to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the match, Francis FC's Ildefonso Casomiro broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 81 minutes into the match, Domingos Matai notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Coneta AFC's Gervasio Petri. Gervasio Petri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Domingos Matai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Placido Cerilo made a precise shot to the right of Gervasio Petri. Coneta AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Francis FC had played much better football throughout.
