Germania's Julio Iraitz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Elvio Flor in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. But to his dismay, Clodoveo Oso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 47 minutes, Romulo Guillelmus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Florida and the Germania players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Florida getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Romulo Guillelmus hit a great ball. The Germania players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Florida were winning 0-2.

In the 68th minute, Florida's Feliberto Esiquio seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Feliberto Esiquio the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Florida protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Feliberto Esiquio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a defensive mix-up in Germania's zone, Ricardo Frederico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honorato Demario came out of the goal and Ricardo Frederico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ricardo Frederico might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Honorato Demario. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricardo Frederico ran back to his position shaking his head. If Apolo Ler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romulo Guillelmus kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match.
