The supporters of Los Troncos booed when Germania was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar Quico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Marques took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Honorato Demario. Germania's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Honorato Demario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Luken, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gervasio Bastian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute, Germania's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Leonardo Oliverios fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
