After having played for 19 minutes, Ricardo Frederico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Florida's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Frederico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomás Bazil struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Elvio Flor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stardust FC. 0-1 became the score in the 25th minute when Saverio Abeijon elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Elvio Flor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Bazil, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Stardust FC's Tomás Bazil sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elvio Flor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Florida's Humberto Silvanito slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Israel Iago. That made the score 1-1 after 33 minutes of play. Clodoveo Oso was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 36th minute. Florida's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Stardust FC's Israel Iago proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Stardust FC from getting a goal against them. If Ricardo Frederico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Israel Iago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Oso in the 45th minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 54th minute, Romulo Guillelmus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florida's Elvio Flor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Florida from getting a goal against them. The Stardust FC fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Stardust FC's Saverio Abeijon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clodoveo Oso in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Israel Iago prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Herminio Dayam scored 1-3 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elvio Flor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tomás Bazil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elvio Flor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Benedicto Abel charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benedicto Abel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Benedicto Abel kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Florida's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Saverio Abeijon 84 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. In the 90th minute, Saverio Abeijon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Elvio Flor. The goal made the score 1-5. 95 minutes into the game, Ricardo Frederico cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Israel Iago was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
