Almafuerte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvestre Loi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eduardo Millrick took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Haroldo Bartolome. Haroldo Bartolome dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Luis Etxatxu struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Haroldo Bartolome didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Snoop Dogg. Almafuerte's Ubaldo Sayveon got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Raimundo Artal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis Etxatxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, Silvestre Loi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute, Alejo Enetz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Sayveon in the 30th minute of play forced Snoop Dogg's goalkeeper Fidel Venceslao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Almafuerte's Haroldo Bartolome played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Etxatxu in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luis Etxatxu was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Almafuerte got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Ermengol. Haroldo Bartolome showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Etxatxu, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Haroldo Bartolome showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Etxatxu in the 59th minute of the match. Raimundo Artal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Haroldo Bartolome made a huge save. Snoop Dogg's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Montrell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haroldo Bartolome breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luis Etxatxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th match minute, Almafuerte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Loi to maneuver through the defense. The Snoop Dogg players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
