Octavio Guilabertus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Etxeberri, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Omar Birjaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 85 minutes, Cristian Carlomagno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Mentira's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Carlomagno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonides Hitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Candido Mitxaut having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. river plate666 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
