The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Evaristo Sagrario struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Edelmiro Cordarell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villa Celina FC. Villa Celina FC's Joel Nalo got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute Evaristo Sagrario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Cordarell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Socorro in the 29th minute of play forced Villa Celina FC's goalkeeper Abel Cordearo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abel Cordearo came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Shark Ch's Samuel Irrintzi. But to his dismay, Samuel Irrintzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Hugo Socorro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Samuel Irrintzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Lisandro Izotz fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shark Ch's protests and gave Lisandro Izotz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th match minute, Shark Ch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lisandro Izotz to maneuver through the defense. Evaristo Sagrario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vinicio Galtero hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hugo Socorro to strike the kick off in the second half. Nicasio Cordeiro charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicasio Cordeiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th match minute, Shark Ch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicasio Cordeiro to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Evaristo Sagrario's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edelmiro Cordarell was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. When Samuel Irrintzi came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Shark Ch fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Irrintzi couldn't finish the play. A hard shot by Filiberto Federigo from long distance, 63 minutes into the match, got Abel Cordearo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Hugo Socorro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Shark Ch's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Socorro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abel Cordearo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Socorro in the 66th minute of play forced Villa Celina FC's goalkeeper Abel Cordearo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Nalo's late challenge caught a Shark Ch's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joel Nalo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th minute, Joel Nalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the game, one of Villa Celina FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Edelmiro Cordarell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Nalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Ovidio Mero hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. When Lisandro Haitz came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Shark Ch fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lisandro Haitz couldn't finish the play. 91 minutes into the match, Joel Nalo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edelmiro Cordarell. Shark Ch's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Nalo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Pastor Silbestre kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Shark Ch had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
