Spectators: 7364 (Terracing: 5524, Seating: 1693, VIP seats: 147) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Olavo de Azevedo kicked off to start the match. Abelardo Tximitx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Eladio in the 4th minute of the match. Sebastian Edwardo charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastian Edwardo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 4th minute, Sebastian Edwardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gregorio Atarratze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 10th minute, Pillahuincó's Olavo de Azevedo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Olavo de Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Nemesio Jerano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lester Rahamut got free with Nemesio Jerano in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nemesio Jerano was a little too slow when Olavo de Azevedo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 2-0. Olavo de Azevedo in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nemesio Jerano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Olavo de Azevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lester Rahamut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Nemesio Jerano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Callate's Nemesio Jerano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Callate from getting a goal against them. A hard and well directed shot from Lester Rahamut led 29 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Callate's Nemesio Jerano became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 3-0. Callate's Nemesio Jerano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Gaizko in the 32nd minute of play. Olavo de Azevedo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Nemesio Jerano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 35 minutes, Isidro Oso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Callate and the Pillahuincó players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 35th minute, Isidro Oso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olavo de Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Nemesio Jerano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39thth minute of the game Olavo de Azevedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Callate's Nemesio Jerano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Olavo de Azevedo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Nemesio Jerano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Isidro Oso got his second yellow card in the match during the 43rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 44 played minutes Callate got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Oso. Callate's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Olavo de Azevedo scored to the left of an out of position Nemesio Jerano, making the score, 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Placido Eladio made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Pillahuincó's Lester Rahamut nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nemesio Jerano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Nemesio Jerano came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Pillahuincó's Olavo de Azevedo. But to his dismay, Olavo de Azevedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Pillahuincó's Dante Gaizkine was substituted for Jacinto Basajaun. If Lester Rahamut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Olavo de Azevedo sped through Callate's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nemesio Jerano. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Sebastian Edwardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pillahuincó's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Edwardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nemesio Jerano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Olavo de Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Nemesio Jerano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Edwardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sebastian Edwardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Nemesio Jerano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuel Gaizko during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emanuel Gaizko hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Nemesio Jerano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olavo de Azevedo in the 84th minute of play. After having played for 88 minutes, Emanuel Gaizko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pillahuincó's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Gaizko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julio Thomas charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Julio Thomas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Julio Thomas hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. When Olavo de Azevedo came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Pillahuincó fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olavo de Azevedo couldn't finish the play. Pillahuincó walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
