Eugenio Donzel started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Palmar getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Leopoldo Etxahun hit a great ball. Amador Mingo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. 19 minutes in the game Primitivo Mancio did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Amador Mingo. Miguel Dunixi took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emiliano Monico. Emiliano Monico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Aaron Blai kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Rocky's Miguel Dunixi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emiliano Monico made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palmar's goalkeeper Emiliano Monico, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Emiliano Monico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Dunixi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Palmar's Primitivo Mancio suffered a concussion after 46 minutes and had to leave the field. 46 minutes into the game, Rosendo Rivas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rocky's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palmar the free kick. Rosendo Rivas kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. After the first half Rocky were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The supporters of Palmar booed when Rocky was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Firmo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabian Neto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Rocky booed when Palmar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Etxahun didn't get a good kick on the ball. A throw-in in the 61st minute of the game was made by Efrain Salbatore with Amador Mingo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Eugenio Donzel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Raul Nabar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Rivas in the 68th minute of play forced Palmar's goalkeeper Emiliano Monico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Tomás Firmo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rocky's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomás Firmo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emiliano Monico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabian Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Monico having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Emiliano Garcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rosendo Rivas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emiliano Monico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Dunixi in the 83rd minute of play. Tomás Firmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Emiliano Monico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Siro Frasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Nabar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomás Firmo charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomás Firmo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 94 minutes into the game, one of Rocky:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Raul Nabar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenio Donzel in the 97th minute of the match. The Palmar fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rocky were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
