Braulio Milio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celestino Porfiro in the 18th minute of the match. Eugenio Birjaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Milio having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Mario Cutberto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Braulio Milio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Eugenio Birjaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute, Celestino Porfiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute, Teodosio Aguirre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Antonio Jon might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pablo Mitxel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antonio Jon ran back to his position shaking his head. After 42 played minutes Jairo Olo rounded Durazno's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Braulio Milio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Birjaio in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After a rather tough play, poolman's German Guillelmo got a free kick in the 55th minute. After 56 played minutes poolman got a freekick which was hit by Clodoveo Cayo. After a defensive mix-up in poolman's zone, Mario Cutberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Braulio Milio came out of the goal and Mario Cutberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodosio Aguirre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. The poolman fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 82nd minute, Mario Cutberto made a precise shot to the right of Braulio Milio. poolman's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. 86 minutes into the match, Durazno's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Jon came free, but Pablo Mitxel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Durazno's Saturnino Iyan got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teodosio Aguirre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mario Cutberto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Braulio Milio having to make a save. If Eugenio Birjaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute.
