Joe FC's Arnulfo Acuña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robustiano Arotza in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th match minute, Ifrán AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigio Ikatz to maneuver through the defense. Urbano Loren kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute of the match Aristides Xabat sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnulfo Acuña skillfully saved the ball. In the 24th minute, Gonzalo Lucian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonatan Hartz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Dalmai having to interfere. If Jonatan Hartz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 31st minute of the match Urbano Loren completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Urbano Loren a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Urbano Loren hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Arnulfo Acuña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Arotza in the 34th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Gonzalo Lucian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ifrán AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonzalo Lucian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnulfo Acuña breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Joe FC's Eliseo Hanot got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 38th match minute, Joe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Bizi to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robustiano Arotza in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnulfo Acuña saved Joe FC from getting behind. Arnulfo Acuña didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gonzalo Lucian went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After the first half Ifrán AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Robustiano Arotza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnulfo Acuña having to interfere. After 57 played minutes Ifrán AFC got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Ikatz. 62 minutes into the match, Ifrán AFC's Robustiano Arotza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnulfo Acuña narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Robustiano Arotza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 68 minutes into the match, Ifrán AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Hartz came free, but Eloy Dalmai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robustiano Arotza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arnulfo Acuña came out and tried to block the shot, but Robustiano Arotza slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 70th minute. In the 74th minute, Robustiano Arotza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eloy Dalmai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Hartz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd match minute, Ifrán AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Lucian to maneuver through the defense. Arnulfo Acuña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robustiano Arotza in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Lucian in the 87th minute of play forced Joe FC's goalkeeper Arnulfo Acuña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Joe FC defense, Robustiano Arotza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnulfo Acuña. The Joe FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnulfo Acuña should have stopped the shot. The Joe FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ifrán AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
