In the 3rdth minute of the game Horacio Martino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Panquena FC's Angelo Sazon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Panquena FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 6th minute. Penalty! Urbano Tonio hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 12 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Kiola FC's Gregorio Horado fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After having played for 18 minutes, Horacio Martino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kiola FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horacio Martino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Erubiel Florin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Horacio Martino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kiola FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Horacio Martino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelo Sazon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gregorio Horado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Sazon having to interfere. Leonel Lando struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Jacinto Piarres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panquena FC. In the 34th minute, Anselmo Giraldo made a precise shot to the right of Jacinto Piarres. Kiola FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Kiola FC's Jacinto Piarres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erubiel Florin in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, Teodoro Cordarryl cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Angelo Sazon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erubiel Florin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kiola FC's Gregorio Horado got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erubiel Florin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Jacinto Piarres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anselmo Giraldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Anselmo Giraldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panquena FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anselmo Giraldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacinto Piarres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vicente Chucho lost his temper 68 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Jacinto Piarres made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Anselmo Giraldo sent off a good shot on target. Angelo Sazon came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Kiola FC's Teodoro Cordarryl. But to his dismay, Teodoro Cordarryl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Erubiel Florin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kiola FC's Jacinto Piarres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Kiola FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Horacio Martino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kiola FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Horacio Martino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelo Sazon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Panquena FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Leonel Lando hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Panquena FC's zone, Teodoro Cordarryl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelo Sazon came out of the goal and Teodoro Cordarryl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Horacio Martino came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the Kiola FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horacio Martino couldn't finish the play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
