Jacinto Elia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vencedores-Vencidos.... After a rather tough play, Rinconada's Victoriano Luar got a free kick in the 8th minute. Ariel Eron blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacinto Elia having to make a save. In the 12th minute, Lucas Urdaspal made a precise shot to the right of Paolo Otsoa. Vencedores-Vencidos...'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Hugo Feliz charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Feliz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hugo Feliz hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 17thth minute of the game Lucas Urdaspal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vencedores-Vencidos...'s Paolo Otsoa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Vencedores-Vencidos...'s zone, Lucas Urdaspal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paolo Otsoa came out of the goal and Lucas Urdaspal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arturo Karlo kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rinconada's goalkeeper Jacinto Elia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Herminio Rey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Herminio Rey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Jacinto Elia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Felo in the 37th minute of play forced Vencedores-Vencidos...'s goalkeeper Paolo Otsoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Vencedores-Vencidos...'s goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Urdaspal came free, but Paolo Otsoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Herminio Rey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Vencedores-Vencidos...'s Ariel Eron sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacinto Elia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marciano Felo was the one to do the kick off. 60 minutes into the match, Marciano Felo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Vencedores-Vencidos...'s Paolo Otsoa. Paolo Otsoa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vencedores-Vencidos...'s Paolo Otsoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marciano Felo in the 64th minute of play. Vencedores-Vencidos...'s Paolo Otsoa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Vencedores-Vencidos... from getting a goal against them. Lucas Urdaspals short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Paolo Otsoa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 72 minutes into the match, Lucas Urdaspal notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Vencedores-Vencidos...'s Paolo Otsoa. Paolo Otsoa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Vencedores-Vencidos... booed when Rinconada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Oinaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucas Urdaspal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Otsoa having to interfere. Ariel Eron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Elia having to interfere. After having played for 90 minutes, Lucas Urdaspal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rinconada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Urdaspal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marciano Felo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 96th minute Marciano Felo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Otsoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rinconada's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
