In the 29th minute Herminio Rey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Piarres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gregorio Horado struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Paolo Otsoa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kiola FC. In the 33rd minute, Horacio Martino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Hugo Feliz fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vencedores-Vencidos...'s protests and gave Hugo Feliz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 34th minute, Hugo Feliz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paolo Otsoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Horado in the 35th minute of play. Herminio Rey might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacinto Piarres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Herminio Rey ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Kiola FC's zone, Ariel Eron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacinto Piarres came out of the goal and Ariel Eron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Jacinto Piarres successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

Herminio Rey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Piarres having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Hugo Feliz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, Vencedores-Vencidos...'s goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Horado came free, but Paolo Otsoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ariel Eron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Jacinto Piarres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacinto Piarres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Rey in the 66th minute of the match. If Herminio Rey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herminio Rey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacinto Piarres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Eron in the 73rd minute of play. Paolo Otsoa made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Horacio Martino sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 82 minutes, Ariel Eron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vencedores-Vencidos...'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Ariel Eron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Gregorio Horado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Vencedores-Vencidos...'s goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Horado came free, but Paolo Otsoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Kiola FC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Fabio Galo hit a great ball. In the 98th minute of the match Nestor Oskitz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jacinto Piarres skillfully saved the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
