Cristobal Raymundo might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Saturnino Florinio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristobal Raymundo ran back to his position shaking his head. Cosmico FC's Saturnino Florinio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Raphael in the 19th minute of play. A collision led to Cosmico FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Haroldo Guter hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Saul Cordero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Norberto Sendoa struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Julian Gartzi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cosmico FC. When Mario Bernebe came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Cosmico FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Bernebe couldn't finish the play. Norberto Sendoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julian Gartzi having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Robles FC's Fausto Raphael got a free kick in the 30th minute. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julian Gartzi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 70 minutes into the match, Cosmico FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Raphael came free, but Saturnino Florinio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Cosmico FC's Mario Bernebe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julian Gartzi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Norberto Sendoa in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julian Gartzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fausto Raphael charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fausto Raphael the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fausto Raphael hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Many of Cosmico FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Cosmico FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Robles FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
