With a little luck, Olain's Pastor Enetz got control of the ball when Elias Loiola tried to sneak it across the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Olain's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Telo came free, but Pastor Enetz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Amador Normando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santo Evangelio's supporters rose to their feet, but Amador Normando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pastor Enetz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th match minute, Olain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Harri to maneuver through the defense. Amador Normando had several of the Olain's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 44 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Pastor Enetz as he didn't even see the shot coming. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

56 minutes into the match, Olain's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Normando came free, but Pastor Enetz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Santo Evangelio's Elias Loiola sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pastor Enetz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Godofredo Honesto charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Godofredo Honesto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Olain getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Godofredo Honesto hit a great ball. When Elias Loiola came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Santo Evangelio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elias Loiola couldn't finish the play. Gaston Telo kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Amador Normando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santo Evangelio's supporters rose to their feet, but Amador Normando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pastor Enetz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dante Mino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Mirande, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After 72 minutes, Gaston Telo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santo Evangelio and the Olain players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amador Normando in the 77th minute of play forced Olain's goalkeeper Pastor Enetz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elias Loiola struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Pastor Enetz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santo Evangelio. Pastor Enetz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Normando, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 87th minute, Generoso Bibiano sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Olain's Pastor Enetz didn't even have to move. If Amador Normando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santo Evangelio's Elias Loiola got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Santo Evangelio walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
