Dante Mino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Ladio in the 4th minute of play. Amador Normando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amador Normando kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After 11 minutes of play, Etiqueta Negra FC's Jacobo Gerazan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Mino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elias Loiola could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Gerardo Eutropio made a huge save. After 18 minutes of play, Santo Evangelio's Elias Loiola made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerardo Eutropio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Julio Elorri hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Amador Normando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute Ciro Ladio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Mino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elias Loiola struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Gerardo Eutropio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santo Evangelio. When Severo Peru fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Etiqueta Negra FC's protests and gave Severo Peru a yellow card for diving instead. Gerardo Eutropio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Normando, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. When Elias Loiola came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Santo Evangelio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elias Loiola couldn't finish the play. Elias Loiola's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gerardo Eutropio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Amador Normando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Gerardo Eutropio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elias Loiola who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Gerardo Eutropio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Elias Loiola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santo Evangelio's Generoso Bibiano couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 48th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Etiqueta Negra FC. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

If Jacobo Gerazan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 56th minute, Gaston Telo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Etiqueta Negra FC's zone, Elias Loiola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerardo Eutropio came out of the goal and Elias Loiola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 63rd minute, Elias Loiola left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santo Evangelio fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Amador Normando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amador Normando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Gerardo Eutropio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santo Evangelio's Elias Loiola got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amador Normando struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Gerardo Eutropio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santo Evangelio. Amador Normando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciro Ladio scored 2-2 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Mino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 90 minutes into the match, Elias Loiola notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Etiqueta Negra FC's Gerardo Eutropio. Gerardo Eutropio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Amador Normando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amador Normando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Eutropio having to interfere.
