Spectators: 7220 (Terracing: 5416, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ladislao Guzman started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Eustacio Hanot recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leandro Sein. Eustacio Hanot showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 9 minutes into the match, Numancia's goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Berto came free, but Leandro Sein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barracas FC's Ernesto Eliazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Loco in the 11th minute of play. Ladislao Guzman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ernesto Eliazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 23 minutes, Cayetano Gentza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barracas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cayetano Gentza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 31st minute of the match, Baltasar Berto tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leandro Sein saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Numancia's Ladislao Guzman got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Numancia's Teobaldo Salamon managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Omar Platon in the 38 minute of the game. Barracas FC's Ernesto Eliazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Guzman in the 40th minute of play. After 43 played minutes Numancia got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Hermon. Baltasar Berto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

An unexpected shot in the 52nd minute by Saul Macario got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ladislao Guzman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ernesto Eliazar came out and tried to block the shot, but Ladislao Guzman slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 54th minute. Eulalio Virila kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Barracas FC's Ernesto Eliazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Loco in the 70th minute of play. Leandro Sein didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eustacio Hanot went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Leandro Sein made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Berto in the 76th minute of play. If Ladislao Guzman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Barracas FC's Omar Platon got a free kick in the 79th minute. Ladislao Guzman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ernesto Eliazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes into the game, Baltasar Berto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Leandro Sein was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Barracas FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Numancia for much of the match.
