Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cogollando FC's Bartolo Vedillo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cogollando FC's Americo Paio got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bartolo Vedillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Romeo Tristan made a huge save. Romeo Tristan didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 9th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 12th match minute, Cogollando FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erubiel Lop to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Cogollando FC's Prospero Txanton got a free kick in the 14th minute. A hard shot 23 in the game by Bartolo Vedillo from a close distance when the talented Romeo Tristan managed to make a qualified save. hipo's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, hipo's Andres Cisco got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 29thth minute of the game Rogelio Abadia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but hipo's Romeo Tristan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Americo Paio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Tristan having to interfere. Romeo Tristan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bartolo Vedillo's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. When Bartolo Vedillo came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Cogollando FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bartolo Vedillo couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd minute Bartolo Vedillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Tristan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. hipo's Romeo Tristan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save hipo from getting a goal against them. 46 minutes into the game, Dionisio Paul was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. hipo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cogollando FC the free kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Haroldo Corderro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Bartolo Vedillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Tristan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bartolo Vedillo in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romeo Tristan saved hipo from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolo Vedillo in the 72nd minute of play forced hipo's goalkeeper Romeo Tristan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the game, Rolando Santo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Tobias Lucila was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rogelio Abadia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Romeo Tristan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romeo Tristan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolo Vedillo in the 88th minute of the match. Romeo Tristan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Vedillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bartolo Vedillo in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romeo Tristan saved hipo from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the Cogollando FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
