After 7 minutes, Isaac Bingen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cogollando FC and the Tumberos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th match minute, Cogollando FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Bingen to maneuver through the defense. When Augusto Martino fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tumberos FC's protests and gave Augusto Martino a yellow card for diving instead. Augusto Martino hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Bartolo Vedillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Cirilo Cesario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erubiel Lop sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cirilo Cesario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogelio Abadia, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute, Rogelio Abadia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cogollando FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Augusto Martino hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Tobias Lucila was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Armando Eli capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Armando Eli really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Armando Rio kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Armando Rio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Lucila having to interfere. Jacinto Rioja made in the 34th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Erubiel Lop. Armando Eli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Tobias Lucila made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Tumberos FC's Armando Eli slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tobias Lucila. That made the score 2-1 after 44 minutes of play. 48 minutes into the match, Tumberos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Vedillo came free, but Cirilo Cesario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bartolo Vedillo was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Tumberos FC's Cirilo Cesario got control of the ball when Bartolo Vedillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 54 minutes, Celso Montrel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tumberos FC and the Cogollando FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 63 minutes in the game, Americo Paio fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Cirilo Cesario having to interfere. Cirilo Cesario made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Bartolo Vedillo sent off a good shot on target. Rogelio Abadia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bartolo Vedillo came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cirilo Cesario could save by the left post. Prospero Txanton hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. The supporters of Cogollando FC booed when Tumberos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Rivas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erubiel Lop fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Cesario having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartolo Vedillo got free with Cirilo Cesario in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Tumberos FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
