Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Urbano Tximitx got the match started through his kick off. The hipo fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when hipo's Haroldo Corderro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Talleres's Roque Avellaneda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Corderro in the 9th minute of play. In the 10thth minute of the game Rolando Santo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Talleres's Roque Avellaneda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Urbano Tximitx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Tristan having to interfere. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by hipo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alonzo Berriotxoa was slow to take the kick. During this time Talleres's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Alonzo Berriotxoa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Romeo Tristan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Urbano Tximitx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Romeo Tristan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Baldomiro Estebano fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored hipo's protests and gave Baldomiro Estebano a yellow card for diving instead. Baldomiro Estebano kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After 22 played minutes Talleres got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Tximitx. The long shot by Saturnino Dolfos in the 26th minute really tested Romeo Tristan's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Patricio Luar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, hipo's goal looked a bit too open when Urbano Tximitx came free, but Romeo Tristan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Haroldo Corderro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Urbano Tximitx helped the player get up and apologised. Romeo Tristan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbano Tximitx in the 84th minute of the match. The referee gave hipo a penalty, 87 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Celso Fix, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Talleres's Roque Avellaneda. 0-2. 95 minutes into the match, Talleres's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Corderro came free, but Roque Avellaneda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Talleres's Urbano Tximitx got a free kick in the 97th minute. After 99 played minutes Talleres got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Nardo. The Talleres fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. hipo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
