In the 3rd minute Jesus Nahia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Mero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. BANDIDOS F.C's Sixto Mero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Nahia in the 8th minute of play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when BANDIDOS F.C's Victorino Shepherd in the 12th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Honorato Txartiko was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for San Patricio RC through an amazing save. If Ignacio Colas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of San Patricio RC booed when BANDIDOS F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justo Sanson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the game, Eleuterio Urtungo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Patricio RC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BANDIDOS F.C the free kick. After 21 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for San Patricio RC! Sixto Mero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Colas in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute Jesus Nahia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Mero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Ignacio Colas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honorato Txartiko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Shepherd in the 34th minute of play. 3-0 became the score in the 35th minute when Cecilio Emmanuel elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Humberto Peli hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Victorino Shepherd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jesus Nahia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ignacio Colas made a kick off. BANDIDOS F.C's Cecilio Emmanuel got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Humberto Peli kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. When Victorino Shepherd came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the BANDIDOS F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victorino Shepherd couldn't finish the play. After 61 played minutes Ignacio Colas rounded BANDIDOS F.C's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-1. 80 minutes into the match, BANDIDOS F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Colas came free, but Sixto Mero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Shepherd in the 84th minute of play forced San Patricio RC's goalkeeper Honorato Txartiko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jesus Nahia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Sixto Mero made a huge save. When Flavio Iratze fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Patricio RC's protests and gave Flavio Iratze a yellow card for diving instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. BANDIDOS F.C had played much better football throughout.
