An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Oinaz in the 32nd minute of play forced San Patricio RC's goalkeeper Honorato Txartiko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ignacio Colas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Inocencio Playo during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 42 played minutes Pink Floyd got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Playo. San Patricio RC's Honorato Txartiko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Gartzi in the 47th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ignacio Colas made the kick off in the second half. Luciano Donzel shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Alejo Heriberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Nahia, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 59 played minutes Pink Floyd got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Maidana. In the 60th minute, Ignacio Colas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alejo Heriberto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 64 minutes into the game, Pink Floyd's Aristides Oinaz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Honorato Txartiko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. San Patricio RC's Ignacio Colas got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Aristides Oinaz put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Honorato Txartiko. Jesus Nahia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of San Patricio RC booed when Pink Floyd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Donzel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee gave San Patricio RC a penalty, 90 minutes into the game. Roque Loiola's late challenge caught a Pink Floyd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roque Loiola helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Pink Floyd booed when San Patricio RC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Loiola didn't get a good kick on the ball.
