But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victorino Senio couldn't finish the play. When Mario Maties fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pink Floyd's protests and gave Mario Maties a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 played minutes Pink Floyd got a freekick which was hit by Mario Maties. Marcelino Firme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Arroyito AFC's Marcelino Firme slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alejo Heriberto. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. Alejo Heriberto made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Marcelino Firme sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 19 in the game by Marcelino Firme from a close distance when the talented Alejo Heriberto managed to make a qualified save. Pink Floyd's players were relieved. 20 minutes into the game, Jeremias Maidana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pink Floyd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arroyito AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Pink Floyd's Jeremias Maidana got a free kick in the 20th minute. Nicolas Maxin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejo Heriberto having to interfere. Marcelino Firme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st minute, Victorino Senio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alejo Heriberto was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Pink Floyd's Alejo Heriberto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Pink Floyd from getting a goal against them. After 43 played minutes Arroyito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Venancio Palben. Nicolas Ellande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Venancio Gartzi in the 45th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the game, Victorino Senio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arroyito AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pink Floyd the free kick. Victorino Senio hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Venancio Gartzi made a kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Arroyito AFC's Marcelino Firme nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alejo Heriberto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Alejo Heriberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelino Firme, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Alejo Heriberto didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Arroyito AFC's Marcelino Firme shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-0 in the ordered_time% minute. 69 minutes into the match, Pink Floyd's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelino Firme came free, but Alejo Heriberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aristides Oinaz's late challenge caught a Arroyito AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aristides Oinaz helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Marcelino Firme managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arroyito AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelino Firme was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alejo Heriberto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Higinio Pancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Arroyito AFC's Victorino Senio in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of Arroyito AFC booed when Pink Floyd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Maidana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelino Firme in the 98th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alejo Heriberto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arroyito AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
