In the 6th match minute, Nico fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantino Alfonso to maneuver through the defense. Geronimo Evangelista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Oliveiro having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Bizi in the 44th minute of play forced La Churrasquera FC's goalkeeper Erubiel Oliveiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La Churrasquera FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gualterio Bizi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Nico fc fans cheered their team off the field, for while La Churrasquera FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
