Nico fc's Geronimo Evangelista got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Geronimo Evangelista who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Ivan Paz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The goalkeeper, Ivan Paz, was totally fooled by Nico fc's Roque Calisto, who 30 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Gualterio Bizi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Ivan Paz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Calabreses booed when Nico fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantino Alfonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Calabreses's zone, Gualterio Bizi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Paz came out of the goal and Gualterio Bizi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gualterio Bizi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Paz having to interfere. Nico fc's Geronimo Evangelista came free and shot a quick shot against goal 44 minutes in the game, fortunately Ivan Paz had problems saving as it came toward the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Godfredo Dei to make the kick off. Nico fc's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Godfredo Dei 51 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Severo Playo struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Niceto Janpier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calabreses. Niceto Janpier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godfredo Dei, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Godfredo Dei might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niceto Janpier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Godfredo Dei ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Nico fc's Niceto Janpier got control of the ball when Severo Playo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 69th minute, Godfredo Dei reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Niceto Janpier. The goal made the score 1-2. Arnulfo Bastiaro hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the match, Geronimo Evangelista notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Calabreses's Ivan Paz. Ivan Paz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Calabreses's supporters rose to their feet, but Godfredo Dei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niceto Janpier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 90 minutes into the match, Calabreses's goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Evangelista came free, but Ivan Paz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute, Generoso Etor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Geronimo Evangelista blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ivan Paz having to make a save. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
