Cirilo Ortle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicasio Caton in the 16th minute of play. If Nicasio Caton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Churrasquera FC's Nicasio Caton got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Agustin Paulin struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Erubiel Oliveiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olivia AFC. Basilio Orti was extremely unlucky when he, in the 27th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Cirilo Ortle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natalio Celino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erubiel Oliveiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustin Paulin in the 36th minute. Olivia AFC's Cirilo Ortle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Celino in the 40th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Olivia AFC's zone, Nicasio Caton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cirilo Ortle came out of the goal and Nicasio Caton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 54th minute Agustin Paulin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erubiel Oliveiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Natalio Celino managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Churrasquera FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Natalio Celino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cirilo Ortle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cirilo Ortle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Caton in the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Natalio Celino fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 73rd match minute, La Churrasquera FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Marcones to maneuver through the defense. If Agustin Paulin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicasio Caton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicasio Caton in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cirilo Ortle saved Olivia AFC from getting behind. Erubiel Oliveiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basilio Orti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
