Claudio Raitin might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Angelo Urti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudio Raitin ran back to his position shaking his head. If Amancio Kiliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 9 minutes into the game, Argy Liberty lions's Luis Umbruso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelo Urti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Amancio Kiliz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Urti having to interfere. Eliseo Pinto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nunez Elia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Honorato Fidele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Pinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Raitin in the 20th minute of play forced Tocata FC's goalkeeper Angelo Urti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nunez Elia scored 1-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eliseo Pinto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Angelo Urti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amancio Kiliz in the 29th minute of play. Argy Liberty lions's Eliseo Pinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorato Fidele in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute Amancio Kiliz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Urti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Urti was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Amancio Kiliz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Amancio Kiliz really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Amancio Kiliz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Angelo Urti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Erasmo Daunte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Argy Liberty lions's supporters rose to their feet, but Erasmo Daunte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelo Urti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Amancio Kiliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amancio Kiliz to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Tocata FC got a freekick which was hit by Ermegildo Cordarrel. In the 53rd minute of the match Roberto Gelacio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angelo Urti showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tocata FC's Nunez Elia was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 56th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Tocata FC's zone, Erasmo Daunte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelo Urti came out of the goal and Erasmo Daunte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Roberto Gelacio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Argy Liberty lions's supporters rose to their feet, but Roberto Gelacio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelo Urti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Godofredo Servando charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Godofredo Servando the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd minute, Godofredo Servando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelo Urti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Daunte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Erasmo Daunte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Amancio Kiliz came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Argy Liberty lions fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amancio Kiliz couldn't finish the play. Amancio Kiliz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelo Urti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Umbruso in the 83rd minute of the match. Erasmo Daunte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Luis Umbruso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Argy Liberty lions's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Umbruso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
