When Timoteo Santo came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Tala AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timoteo Santo couldn't finish the play. Marco Atarrabi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 27th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Cipriano Koldo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Tala AFC's Andres Bihar got a free kick in the 35th minute. If Dionisio Ler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruperto Maule made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dionisio Ler in the 45th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Marco Atarrabi made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Marco Atarrabi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Atarrabi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 54 minutes into the match, Tala AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Ler came free, but Ruperto Maule reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Marco Atarrabi notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Tala AFC's Ruperto Maule. Ruperto Maule was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Timoteo Santo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miguel Vermudo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Tala AFC's Leonel Ixona shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 87th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Miguel Vermudo but with some difficulty. Anga's Miguel Vermudo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Anga from getting a goal against them. Dionisio Ler might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruperto Maule. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dionisio Ler ran back to his position shaking his head. 95 minutes into the game, Dionisio Ler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Anga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tala AFC the free kick. Dionisio Ler hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Anga were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Tala AFC for a fine match.
