If Felix Seguinus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Timoteo Santo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristo Gutierrez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ricardo Fertus came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristo Gutierrez slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 5th minute. Cristo Gutierrez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Ricardo Fertus made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Domingos Feliu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Abril FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Domingos Feliu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruperto Maule breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Domingos Feliu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Seguinus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ruperto Maule tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st match minute, Tala AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Urbez to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Abril FC's Clemente Nel got a free kick in the 30th minute. If Timoteo Santo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felix Seguinus might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruperto Maule. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felix Seguinus ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristo Gutierrez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Ricardo Fertus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tala AFC's Cristo Gutierrez got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Domingos Feliu made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Tala AFC booed when Abril FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Dantel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute, Venancio Oriol sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Abril FC's Ricardo Fertus didn't even have to move. A collision led to Abril FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Danilo Sal hit a great ball. Venancio Oriol took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ricardo Fertus. Abril FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cristo Gutierrez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Fertus having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tala AFC's Timoteo Santo got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Daniel Urbez kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Abril FC's Domingos Feliu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ruperto Maule. That made the score 1-1 after 85 minutes of play. Cristo Gutierrez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
